We partner with Silver Sneakers to provide members in the community with a FREE MEMBERSHIP and we are passionate about providing options for all senior members to stimulate their Mind, Body, & Spirit.

We have classes specifically designated for seniors as well as many other classes that are suitable for our older members. We also encourage all of our members to follow a program of good nutrition and offer a nutritious shake bar and space to gather. Red Light Therapy is a fantastic option for those struggling with pain, skin issues, and depression in their advancing years.
