Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

Beginning Yoga $5/$2

Mondays, Wednesdays
8:30am – 9:30am

This Yoga is for all levels but is open for beginners. Yoga means “Union” and it’s a huge part of our ethos to build Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Zumba $8/$4

Tuesdays
4:30pm (50 min class)

Latin-Inspired. Easy to follow. Cardio burning. Each class is like a Dance Fitness Party!

Total Body Training (FREE CLASS)

This class features a mix of strength and cardio to benefit the entire body.

Sciatica Pain Relief $5/$2

Stretching specifically tailored to help relax the Sciatic Nerve and provide pain relief.

Cardio Drumming $5/$2

Thursdays
4pm - 5pm

Great motivational drumming on the “big ball” for great cardio to leave you feeling accomplished.

Slow Flow Yoga $5/$2

A gentle practice focusing on slow, mindful movements and deep breathing, perfect for relaxation, flexibility, and stress relief.
